The farm holiday
Cameli, surrounded by Florentine Chianti hills in
the commune of Certaldo, birthplace of Boccaccio,
is located in the middle of vineyards and olive groves from which
you can be delighted by a wonderful view overlooking ancient villages
of the Middle Ages such as Montaione, S. Gimignano, Volterra, Certaldo
Alto, Gambassi Terme, castle of S. Maria Novella and Lucardo.
The farm holiday, placed
in a quiet position at a distance of about 5 km from the
built-up area of Certaldo, is located however in the heart of an
important historical-cultural crossroads from which the most important
tourist resorts of the region can be reached in few minutes.
The landscape is very fascinating
and relaxing: surrounded by the green Florentine hills, in the middle
of Chianti vineyards and century-old olive groves, alternating oak,
chestnut and cypress woods, you can enjoy a serenity and quietness
of the ancient times, observe nature through its typical expressions
such as plants, birds and animals and taste delicious dishes prepared
according to the traditional cooking.
