CIGNO NERO


RED TUSCAN WINE

Typical geographical indication
Alcohol content: 12,5% vol.

Produced with 80% Sangiovese, Tuscan Trebbiano, Canaiolo, white Malvasia and Colorino grapes.

From organic farming.

Ruby wine with fruity taste, suitable for Tuscan starters and for tasty red and white meat. To be served at a temperature of 16-18 °C.


CIGNO BIANCO


WHITE TUSCAN WINE

Typical geographical indication
Alcohol content: 12% vol.

Produced with Trebbiano and white Malvasia grapes. Straw-yellow wine with fresh fruity taste.

From organic farming.


Suitable for starters, white meat, fish and freshly-made cheese. To be served at a temperature of 10-12 °C.


BRUCETO ROSSO


RED TUSCAN WINE

Typical geographical indication
Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.

Produced with 30% Cabernet S., 30% Montepulciano and 40% Sangiovese grapes. Deep red wine with strong, well-bodied but velvety taste.

From organic farming.

Suitable for first courses, steaks, mixed grill, roast game and ripe cheese. To be served at a temperature of 20-22 °C.


NOBILE DI GORGOGNANO


RED TUSCAN WINE BY THE BARREL

Typical geographical indication
Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.

Produced with 30% Cabernet S., 30% Montepulciano and 40% Sangiovese grapes. Deep red wine with bitterish tannic aftertaste.
From organic farming.
Ideal as meditation wine and suitable for roast game, red meat, mixed grill, wild boar, hare and goose sauces and very ripe cheese. To be served at a temperature of 10-12 °C.


EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL


FROM ORGANIC FARMING

High quality oil, obtained directly with olives by means of mechanical manufacturing processes only.
